Is shipping free?
Our Standard shipping price is $4 (Only for Puerto Rico and USA).
This type of shipping is known as a First Class Package and it will usually arrive within 1-3 business days (Your shipping number will be provided with your order once it has been processed). Please be aware that shipping rates may vary as these may increase during the holiday season.
Once an order reaches or exceeds $25.00, you can select Tracked Shipping for free.
*Standard Shipping may experience some delays do to external factors out of our control
What is a Freebie?
A freebie is a free sticker we include for each order that exceeds $25 (1 per order). We tend to change them once certain freebies run out or if a month has passed.
Do all stickers have the same price?
The price can fluctuate depending on the size or material of the sticker, but its good quality remains the same regardless of the price.
Is the quality good?
The material used for our stickers is high quality and is resistant to water, sun exposure and scratches. We recommend placing our stickers on clean flat and smooth surfaces for best results.
Do you make custom orders?
Sadly we do not make custom orders (this includes personalized logos, stickers, pins, keychains, and any other product that we might sell). We recommend looking for other local businesses that can help you further.
How long does it take for you to process orders?
We try to process orders in a period of 3 to 5 business days. If anything out of my control occurs, I will notify my customers through email and make an announcement on my Instagram page, @borishoppr.
How do you send your stickers?
I send all my orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once we send your package through the USPS, we do not make ourselves responsible for any delays or issues caused by the USPS itself. (This includes and is not limited to Package losses, Package Theft or any other Casualty).
However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we may assist you even further! (Preferably if your order hasn’t arrived within a 15 day timeframe).

How does the tracking service work?
At the moment, we use First Class Package Shipping in order to track all packages that are sent to Puerto Rico or the United States of America. Once you make your order we will prepare your package and then send you a confirmation email with your Tracking Number. (This shipping method has a price of $4.00).
If your order takes more than 7-15 business days to arrive to its destination, please feel free to contact us at any time!
My order is taking too long to arrive!
If your order does no arrive within a period of 7 to 15 business days, please contact us so we can help you further!
Sadly we have no control over this once your order is sent via the USPS and shipping times may vary.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discount opportunities that are announced via our social media profile on some very special occasions!
Do you accept ATH móvil?
Yes! Once you reach the checkout page, scroll through all the payment options until you see ATH móvil. Once you you finish the checkout process, send the amount at the number specified in the instructions. Remember to send the specified amount before a period of 48 hours. If you do not send the amount before 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes! PayPal is fully supported and no issues should arise when choosing this payment method.
Do you accept returns/refunds?
All orders are final, we do not accept returns/refunds/order cancellations.
However, if you receive your order and it is tampered or broken, please contact us so we may assist you.
